COVID-19 Precautions

The impact of COVID-19 presents a sobering reality of the changing landscape our society faces.

As the world grapples with the seriousness of this epidemic and its unprecedented effects, the Law Office of Mark Ignacio is doing its part in following local, state, and federal mandates in limiting physical exposure to avoid the spread of this disease.

We are operating remotely away from the office, yet we are equipped to fully assist the public with our legal services. Office hours will remain as follows: Monday- Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. All communication will take place telephonically, through video conferencing, and through electronic and first-class mail. All notarial appointments will be independently made with clients on a case-by-case basis. Further, because the courts have closed for the time being, other than for emergency hearings, all court-related work will be temporarily suspended until the courts re-open. Because of the fear COVID-19 presents, our office is receiving plenty of estate planning work, whether in the form of existing clients wishes to modify their estate plans or new clients seeking assistance in creating theirs for the first time.

We are actively monitoring updates from local, state, and federal agencies, as well as abiding by the guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to determine if further modifications to our practice will need to be implemented.

We implore you to take the necessary precautions to care for yourselves and for your families.
